GOVERNOR HOPE UZODIMMA IS GROUNDED AND CAN’T BE DECEIVED…APC Chieftain
In as much as we sincerely appreciate our able and working Governor of our dear State, His Excellency Senator Hope Uzodimma, we also know that our Governor is a grounded and intelligent politician who does not need anybody to tell him who among his appointees and elected officials is truly 3R compliant and who is not.
That is why I write today, as a grounded son of Njaba, not as one of the metropolitan politicians who only appear when political interests are at stake, to state categorically, without fear or favour, that Chief Vitalis Obi Etiokwe, Njaba Omere, Njaba Juo Oyi, is one of the local government chairmen who is genuinely working and delivering results.
Beyond physical projects, Etiokwe has brought a renewed sense of unity, peace and direction to Njaba. The evidence is there for anyone who cares to look. From the transformation of the council headquarters to improved infrastructure, security efforts, employment opportunities and other interventions, Njaba is witnessing a new phase of development.
Etiokwe did not come to Njaba to satisfy the ambitions of a few individuals. He came to renew, restructure and reposition Njaba for the benefit of our people and to the glory of God.
To those already dreaming of taking over from him, I say this respectfully: wait for your time. Politics is not a race for personal gratification, and Njaba should not be sacrificed because some individuals are hungry for political appointments for selfish reasons.
If you believe you have something to offer, prepare yourself and wait for the appropriate time. But do not attempt to pull down a government that is currently working for the people.
Those who are uncomfortable with the peace, unity and progress currently being witnessed in Njaba may have to look elsewhere. Njaba is moving forward.
Governor Hope Uzodimma is grounded. He is experienced. He understands the political terrain, and he cannot be deceived by noise, propaganda or personal interests.
The people of Njaba can see the difference. The projects are visible. The peace is visible. The development is visible.
Etiokwe has come to renew and restructure Njaba, and we must allow him to work.
