The Member representing Mbaitoli State Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Engr. Innocent Ikpamezie, who witnessed the inspection, commended Chief Igbo for his commitment, contributions to real estate development inline with the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma’s policies and decisions to ensure evenly grassroots development in the State and pointed out that the Young Mbaitoli LGA born technocrats is effortlessly out to develop the State with his Estate across the Imo State with Mbaise, Mbano, Okigwe and PH Road Owerri springing up and he encouraged Imolites and other Nigerians to invest in the state.
Ikpamezie noted that private investment in housing, hospitality and infrastructure could create employment, stimulate commercial activities and complement government efforts in urban development.
The media tour provided journalists with an opportunity to inspect ongoing works and interact with the estate management on its master plan, security arrangements, proposed amenities and investment opportunities as the electricity facility is done in the International standard underground
