ISPPAN Honours Pastor Frank Onwumere As Pioneer Photograph, Set to Make him Imo State Patron

As the world mark the World photography day today, In recognition for his support and contribution to the development of Imo state and the growth of photography and photographers in the state, Hon Frank Onwumere, Special Adviser to the Governor on Motor Parks and Supervision of illegal parks in the state, today was honored by the Imo State Photographers and Videographers Association of Nigeria, (ISPPAN) as Pioneer of photography.

Hon. Frank Onwumere while Addressing the association thanked them for honoring him with the award which he dedicated to God and the state Governor, senator Hope Uzodimma. He went further to encourage them to value the profession as he began his career as a camera man over thirty years and has great value for media.

He supported the Association and pledged his continuous support to their projects and welfare.
It could be recalled that Pastor Frank Onwumere rose to the political stadium from his job as a Professional photographer.

The owner of Across Africa TV Show was a good and sound having trained a lot of young people in the trade and meritoriously served the public as a best TV documentary experts, Photo Excel and digital photos and Special designers called on ISPPAN For drastic improvement to the people inline with the world Technology.
