The Former Special Adviser to the Governor of Imo State Senator Hope Uzodimma on University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences Umuagwo, Chief Ezekiel Chukwukere, said that, he came into the 2024 Nwangele Council Chairmanship race to conclude his truncated tenure so that he could be accessed.
Chief Chukwukere stated this in Owerri shortly after a brief meeting with Journalists, according to him, he has the skills, experience and desires to contest because his people want him to compete the unfinished tenure which was truncated by the past government of Senator Rochas Okorocha inline with his earlier mission statement with proven integrity and Manifesto to fulfill his promises to the people of Nwangele Local Government Area of Imo State to the glory of God so that they can visibly access him.
The good and hospitable people of Nwangele are in high spirits to make a wise choice of a Chairman, Chief Ezekiel Chukwukere an Innovator, Community Leader and an Educationists, the Proprietor of Practical Computer Comprehensive Nursery Primary and Secondary School Howell Crescent, Aba, Abia State.
Former Chairman of Amaigbo Council of Chiefs and a good family man, “I Know this Man”, has remained formidable and acceptable across the entire Nwangele Local Government Area having favoured by the Political sharing formula in the Council as the House of Assembly Member is in the order divide of the Council, (Ofe-Iyi) then the Chairman of the Council will be in the other side which is Amaigbo his own Community.

“I know this man” has continued to gather support across the political divides, leaving the All Progressives Congress no chance to misfire as he was recently endorsed by Dominion Women International, Umuola Village in Amaigbo incidentally a village of one of the Contestant of the Chairmanship race, others include, Hope Farmers Movement, Association of Amaigbo Christian Brethren,(AACB), Hope Educational Network, Hope Re election Alliance and Hope On Hope Nwangele Chapter, before others has all thrown their weight and endorsement boat following in the area for his favour in the September 21,2024 Imo Council polls.
He has remained formidable focused and promised that he will not going to fail the people of Nwangele Local Government Area as the Chairman of which he has earlier obtained, filled and submitted his Expression of Interest and Nomination Form for the election under the All progressive Congress.
Reminding, the good people of Nwangele Local Government Area of Imo State on the sharing formula in existence in the Council for the peaceful operation of the system and pointed out that, When Benji Azike from the other divide was the Chairman Nwangele, Barr Amaechi Nwaoha From Amaigbo was in the House of Assembly Member Also during Ugonna Ozurigbo was in the House Amaigbo supposed to be the Chairman but there was no Local Government Area Election for the period.
Thereafter, Rt Hon. Amara Iwuanyanwu of the same Ofeiyi Divide emerged and still going for his eight years term in the house of Assembly.
“It is well known fact, that Nwangele has two divide in power sharing formula. Now that Nwangele South or Ofeiyi Divide is occupying the house of Assembly position automatically the position is going to Amaigbo divide.
This is a well known established fact in Nwangele power sharing formula” he explained.
