The attention of the members of Imo State Security Biometric Data Capture and Painting Committees has been drawn to a frivolous Falsehood, unfounded blackmail meant to tarnish the hard earned image of the, Chairman Elder Anaelechi Ukawune, Obowo, from the enemy’s of peace and security in the Transport Sector in the State.
Rising from a scandalous defamatory gibberish from unstable and make shift social media writer, one Frank Nwaete in his poorly scripted uncoordinated story with the headline “CRIMINAL CONVERSION OF IMO STATE GOVERNMENT RECOVERED BUSIMO, TO PERSONAL USE”,
“AS THE REASON WHY ELDER ANAELECHI UKANWUNE a.k.a “OBOWO”, WAS ARRESTED BY THE POLICE”.
This is a shot below the standard as the person that assert must proof beyond reasonable doubts on how the, Chairman Imo Security Biometric Data Capture and Painting Committee, Elder Anaelechi Ukawune, Obowo, stole such number of vehicles without any traceable evidence or the owners are all dead or the vehicles serial numbers are unavailable at the public domain or what?.
Evidence reveals that the issue is currently coming from those who worked with the committee on a peculiarly interest and the Chairman overwhelming passion to deliver brought about the frivolous allegations as one of them Mr. Daniel Okonji who wrote a petition against the Committee was on his own accord withdraw same and thereafter went to the Police at another instance with a petition withdraw same again before he went to the Tiger Base Police Unit Owerri Imo State Police Command in which the blackmailers failed to follow up case to know what exactly transpired at the police Office before going public.
Whereas the complainant, Mr. Daniel Okonji was not able to substantiate his claims against the Chairman and Police allowed him to go.
While the committee members having observed with dismay the continuous Falsehood against the Chairman and others went ahead to produce the owner of the acclaimed bus abandoned by the original owner, Mr. Emmanuel Uche who left his vehicle at the Premise of the Office for over one year ago to clear the air that what they produced as conversion vehicles was actually parked by the owner and not Elder Anaelechi Ukawune Obowo as Purportedly stated.
Speaking to Newsmen, Emmanuel Uche, said that, he was in Imo State before he relocated to Enugu sometime last year, 2023, and pointed out that he is currently back to Imo State to Start his work.
” when i saw my vehicle on the social media, that’s why i decided to come and check it and behold my vehicle is intact and nothing was removed or vandalized from the motor”.
He called on the writer of the Falsehood in the social media to note that he’s the owner of the vehicle.
In his words, Elder Anaelechi Ukawune Obowo “first of all Imo people should hear from me well. The issue started when our Security Biometric Data Capture experts, One Engr John Ehiemie, sabotage the committee by doing capture outside our usual venue which is Real Admiral Ndubuisi Kanu Square or Hero square. When we get the information, we wrote a complaint letter to the ministry of Transport Imo State indicting the Capture Engineer after we received a backup and he was arrested with his team by the Police unpon investigations he was nailed and he also accepted his guilty and pleaded for forgiveness and not to do it again but from behind he continued, instead, he connived with some people to ensure that I am removed as the Chairman Imo State Security Biometric Data Capture and Painting Committee”,
The calculations of the illegal data captured tolls collected by the hoodlum and his cohorts amounts to over ten thousand vehicles out of fifteen thousand vehicles already captured in the State. In which, he issued them Certificate from his Jarsoft ICT Solutions LTD and collected the money amounting to over forty million naira. Of which, both the money for the TSA and the Committee are involved in the siphon saga and Engr John Ehiemie’s, refusal to account for it is the major reasons behind the frivolous allegations and blackmail against me”.
” The allegations of converting the stolen to personal use is not only laughable but handiwork of mischief makers and blackmailers which is all but Falsehood. If there’s a stolen and recovered vehicle those working at the security data capture will be the first to know”. Yes there’s some abandoned vehicles with us and the owners are coming and very soon they will carry them out as it’s not in any way the property of the committee or myself”. Elder Anaelechi Ukawune said.
When contacted, John Ehiemie, said that he is very busy in the office and can’t speak to the media on the issue yet.
