Anokam advocated for a return to the regional system of government, which he believes will promote healthy competition and development among regions, reduce insecurity, and address marginalization.
He also supported the proposed 6-year single term for presidency and governorship, saying it will check excesses and encourage leaders to focus on legacy rather than re-election.
Additionally, he urged the people to allow market forces to dictate prices, reflecting the economic reality.
