Okebata Family Buries Mother, Late Mrs. Justina Onyebueke Okebata in Izombe, Age 66 Years.

The Okebata family of Umuduruiheako, Umudurueke, Umuokwu Izombe Community, Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State, has announced the passing and burial of their beloved matriarch, Late Mrs. Justina Onyebueke Okebata (née Utomi, Lolo Omeoji), who died at the age of 66.
According to a statement released by her son, Inspector Chika Okebata of the Imo State Police Command, the funeral rites will begin with a requiem mass at Emmanuel Anglican Church, Izombe, on Friday, July 25, 2025. The interment will take place immediately after the service at her late husband’s compound in Umuokwu, Izombe.
Following the burial, a reception will be held at the Aborshi Primary School playground in Izombe, where family members, friends, and well-wishers are expected to gather in honor of her life and legacy.
The late Mrs. Okebata was a devoted Christian Mother and the wife of late Chief Sunday Okebata and she is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and host of other relations.
The family extends this announcement as a formal invitation to all friends, relatives, and members of the community to join them in prayers and moral support during this time of mourning.
