The Special Adviser on Monitoring and Compliance Nze Chinasa Nwaneri apparently hijacked Imo State Land Administration against the ministry of Land Survey and Urban Development through public recourse as his Public announcements depicts.
In recent time, Nze Chinasa Nwaneri using the office of the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma on Monitoring and Compliance has continued to issue land revocation orders without any verifiable proves from the ministry of Land, Survey and Urban Development.
It’s on record that Nze Chinasa Nwaneri could not finish the first term as Special Adviser SA on special duty with the governor in good note as he was arrested detained for alleged nefarious activities using the governments’ established Paraphernalia.
The five star general appointee who was unwittingly snuggled into the second Coming of governor Hope Uzodinma’s “3 R ” government and made SA on Monitoring and Compliance is using same position as under cover for a vendetta against those he was seeing to be his enemy on unsubstantiated actions that led to his previous arrest and 18 day detention by the Nigerian police Force without official arraignment.
Nze Chinasa Nwaneri who now is a torn in the flesh of his perceived enemy developers remains undaunted ensuring demolition of such tagging them illegal property’s evidenced in his recent Public Announcements . The demolition and destructions of the Nigeria Police Estate perimeter fencing and building projects at Onisha Road Owerri. A dependable federal government Source disclosed that the Inspector general of Police ( IGP) allegedly issued a warrant of arrest arrest order against Nze Chinasa Nwaneri and his cohorts.
Imo state Commissioner for Lands, Survey and Urban Development ,Barr. Enyinnaya Onuegbu in his reactions said that his ministry is not in contention with the state governor’s monitoring and Compliance Special Adviser( SA ) Nze Chinasa Nwaneri.
He pointed out that the government is one but couldn’t explain how the office of monitoring and Compliance delved and hijacked Imo State Land Administration job to the extent of issuing press releases and public announcements without approval from his Ministry.
Chief Enyinnaya pointed out Whereas Ministry of Housing has no constitutional rights to appropriate any land without the ministry of Land Survey and Urban Development in the State. This development is worrisome, he intoned .
Questions are intriguing the competence of the honourable Commissioner for Lands are brazenly being raped while the integrity of this government is being muddle.
In the public announcement ” the Imo State government has observed that yet to be identified individuals and group of people are trespassing into government land located behind Area U and Area W Layouts which the state government acquired in 1976. The land now rebirth as proposed Alaoma Layout and Paradise Layout”.
The government hereby Warns the general public and those individuals to desists from further act of trespass into the layouts including Redemption REE and Avu therefore any one caught within the layouts will be dealt with to serve as a deterrant”.
This land in question is the Property of Imo State government procured in 1976 and government is a continuous process. Whereas the past government through the ministry of Land Survey and Urban Development has previously changed the name of the layout and released it to the private and public individuals deserve the ministry of Land Survey and Urban Development to put the Public Announcement in the case of any change of cluster purpose and not SA on Monitoring and Compliance Nze Chinasa Nwaneri.

Truly Land remains the cardinal objective in economic development of every State.
It’s believed that, it should be left with persons with unquestionable characters and knowledge on the proper Land administration as regards to map readings and sketching work.
If Nwaneri was acting to restore the White paper in Owerri master plan inline with the Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha’s Land Recovery Panel Committee he should make it open because the owners of the aforementioned property are Imo people who are also contributing to the growth of the State.
It’s on record that the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma Special Adviser SA on Land Recovery Hon. Prince Paschal Nwakamma was unceremoniously removed from office by the hatchet and vendetta against his good work to recover the stolen Land from the grabber’s in which he severely mentioned Nze Chinasa Nwaneri as the architect of land grabbing and racketeering and using him now is like putting a thief in guide work.
