Sacrilege: Imo Magistrate, Cosmos Agiriga claims ownership of brother in-law’s house.

A tenant and a serving Magistrate in Imo State Judiciary Service Commission Barr. Cosmos Chiegozie Agiriga, Esq, who is apparently lives in a “Boys Quarters” apartment belonging to his Brother-in-law, Chief Fidelis Anokam at No 60 Umudagu Mbieri Street Works Layout Owerri Imo State is currently laying claim of the building.
The action according to sources are causing cohesion and disunity among the two lovely families as It’s seriously brewing troubles on the illegally confiscated buildings, a property belonging to his brother-in-law, a total desecration to both Anokam and Agiriga’s families.
The story has it that Barr Cosmos Chiegozie Agiriga was evicted from Naze by his previous House owners over his alleged misbehaviors and ruin attitudes against his previous accommodation rules and order and was forcefully ejected. It was based on sympathy, that Chief Fidelis Anokam on his usual philanthropy and human kindness allowed him to park into his personal house (Boys quarters )
The apartment meant for his family use was freely given to Barr Cosmos Agiriga sooner than later trouble started again in the house now with the occupants and the Caretakers, his fellow Solicitor name withheld occasioned by frivolous allegations against him from the Magistrate withdrew his services while other tenants packed out from Chief Fidelis Anokam (United States of America based) residence at No 60 Umudagu Mbieri Street Works Layout,Owerri, Imo mo State.
Systematically,Barr Cosmos Agariga converted the House ownership to himself without the prior knowledge of the authentic Landlord, Chief Fidelis Anokam whose efforts to renovate his house was scuttled by the brother in-law Magistrate Agariga who blatantly disrupted the ongoing renovation work with ignominy and strongly opposed the quit notice issued to him by illegally claiming ownership of the building saying that the house rightly belong to him and the Agiriga’s.
He recently arrested the Labourers and other workers drafted to do the renovations work and detained them with the assistant of Nigeria Police Force Imo State Command on allegations of trespassing and theft.
While in quit notice from the elder Sister, Dr. Mrs. Gladys Agiriga Anokam insisted that the previous quit notice issued to his little brother Cosmos Chiegozie Agiriga from the husband is a family decision generally accepted by the entire members of her househood and the extended family of Agiriga’s to her younger brother, Cosmos Chiegozie Agiriga. “Chiegozie should leave the house to avoid further embarrassment, assaults and intimidations to her husband, Chief Fidelis Anokam. I have been living with my husband happily for over 28 years now.

She maintained that her Younger brother, Cosmos Chiegozie Agiriga was fairly treated after the death of their father as a little child.
According to her even if she is the one that bought the house for herself and family that Cosmos Chiegozie Agiriga will not be a heir to her property’s and shouldn’t dream of such as she is equally blessed with her own children and family.
As Chief Fidelis Anokam is currently asking for the assistant of Imo State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. C. O. C. Akolisa, Chief Judge of Imo State, Justice Chikeka and the Judiciary Service Commission leadership to help him retrieve his house from the alleged gluttonous Magistrate Barr. Cosmos Chiegozie Agiriga who has severally threatening his life to simply accept the quit notice issued earlier to vacate and allowed the ongoing renovations work at the building located at No 60 Umudagu Mbieri Street Works Layout Owerri Imo State.
Meanwhile,every attempt made to contact Barr Cosmos Agiriga to hear his own side of the story proved abortive as his cellphone was not reachable.
