After painstakingly consultation, analysis and assessment the Association of Imo State Community Youth Presidents under the aegis of Council of Autonomous Community’s Youth Presidents has unanimously endorsed some approved sound Contestant’s for their onward support for the September 21 2024, LGA, Chairmanship and Councillors election in the State.
Speaking, President General of Imo State Youth, Hon, JohnKennedy Nkemjika, said that, his group is made up of all the Youth in the 655 Autonomous Community’s in Imo State after careful deliberation decided to throw their weight behind the Aspirants to ensure their emergence from their respective Local Government Areas, Such as Njaba, Oru West, Ideato North and others.
According to him, their aspirations tally with the governor Senator Hope Uzodimma’s vision to drive home his 3 R policy’s to the grass roots through the Local Government Area system.
Nkemjika, stated that, these few successful individuals are aspirant of the ruling Party, All Progressive Congress (APC), were mostly favoured by the group analysis and official assessments, including,

Further, Hon Nkemjika used the medium to called on his fellow Youths Leaders in the State from their respective Local Government Areas, and Community’s to support the above mentioned pragmatic aspirants and Youth benefactors as they will definitely emerge as the successful candidate after the party Primary elections based on their track records hanging on transparency, Fairness, Accountability, Efficiency and integrity.
These are men and women of impeccable characters, good and saleable manifestos as a genuine products in the forthcoming Imo State Local Government Area Chairmanship and Councillors election slated to hold on September, 2, 2024, in Imo State.
Nkemjika, pointed out that voting for them means voting for the overall interest of the State youth body as he insisted that the position of the Councillors should be reserved and made sacrosanct to the youth of Imo State.
While calling on the APC State Leadership by, Dr. MacDonald Ebere, to ensure that the good numbers of Imo State youth emerged successfully as the candidate in the 305 Ward Councillors election in the coming Party Primary election.
As well disallow intimidations and short changing of any youth by the Purported party Leaders and Stakeholders as an encouragement and empowerment techniques to carry the youth along in the State government administration Affairs.
