NIGERIA NEEDS SOCIAL REFORM NOT RESTRUCTURING,SAYS OSHOMOLE

Senator Adams Oshomole has maintained neutrality and unequivocal on the need for collective collaborations among Nigerians both those in the leadership and the governed to hold tenaciously to the social value systems devoid of political and religious sentiments.
Speaking in a public function recently,
Senator Oshomole sent a big signal on how best to revive the economy and bring back National value system in the country.
According to him,”my statement has nothing to do with politics,but factual.
As a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria even in the Senate there’s sentiments on the issues of geographic and religions. Some claim Northern, Western, Eastern Senators and others respectively”.
Security challenges is from the political leadership and improper implementations of the constitution.
How can the Senate make Universal Basic Education Law without enforcement?.
According to the law ” never a child will be denied access to education or going to the school and the penalty against the parents for denying their ward rights to education.. how many parents have been tried and convicted since the law was made?.
On the side of the governors, how can a governor refuse to pay the counterpart funding on UBEC, whereas their own children are in the school abroad”.
Furthermore, Senator Oshomole said that Religion sentiments are equal major causes.
According to him, “religions added to the challenges.
When Christians preach that when you belief in the Lord Jesus Christ you are delivered in poverty and I said no!, This is opening of shops to confuse and extort people must stop,and teach the people on the need to hold firmly to the value system.
When a big man dies,the church will use the opportunity to do lunching and everyone who is to donate is a public office holder and this is simply encouragement on the corruption and setting up of business centers as churches”.
Nigeria according to him needs sexual orientation and avoid the Western culture.
“How can a man marry a fellow man and a woman to her fellow woman we should avoid it not to even mention such in the public but we should be corrected within the country value system and we should discourage the Western values that’s allen and aberration to us. So we must know that it’s not in us as we are only correct with the social value system, we should acknowledge sexual orientation .
On the issue of restructuring, LGAs election. The truth is that there’s nothing like LGA election in Nigeria it’s written by the governors and the leadership under them.
When I was All Progressive Congress, National Chairman, he told President Mohammed Buhari’s Administration to invite the governors with the management of LGAs to explain the whereabout of the allocations to ensure that the people receive money meant for empowerment”.
He maintained that the law can’t capture everything as the social value system and good formalities can be adopted to address the basic issues for the interest of the nation.
