Speaking the Interim Management Committee Chairman World bank Market Owerri, Hon. Nnamdi Udoka said that he was overwhelmed with Joy not only for his emergence as the Chairman but restoration of peace in the most populous neighborhood market and thank the Chairman, Hon. Chidiebere Emeribe Owerri Municipal Council Area Imo State.
Hon. Udoka explained that, he is a trader, a Butcher in the market, a shop owner in the market which was amongst the constitutional requirements for one to emerge as a leader or critical Stakeholders in the Market.
He used the medium to expressed his confidence and appreciations to some notable individuals including the Mayor Owerri Municipal Council, Hon. Chidiebere Emereibe and his team, APC State Chairman Sir MacDonald Ebere, and Former Acting Chairman World bank Market Hon. Mrs. Tina Ugwuezi for her positive transformation contributions towards the development of the world Bank Market as well as her visible Empowerment to the traders, Ward Councilor, Hon. Nkenna Mba and his APC Ward Chairman, Hon. Acho and many others.
According to him, his focus will be to ensure that peace returned to the market urging his fellow traders to take note of the reasons for their efforts to actualize family needs not to make unnecessary action, bickering and acrimony rather to struggle for the daily bread and promised to work with all the traders irrespective of political loyalty and affiliations.
Contributing, Elder Felix Metu, said that, the government of Senator Hope Uzodimma has shown proactive to salvage the earlier Leadership tussle orchestrated by the illegal imposition of One Daniel Ibe, a Dry Fish seller as the Acting Chairman World bank Market Owerri causing infraction, intimidations and molestation of his fellow traders and described the appointment of Hon.
