An Imo born business Tycoon and Founder, Chief Executive Officer, CEO, Isipamba Foundation, Chief Ugochukwu Onyeocha (Isipamba Ikeduru) has expressed happiness to the new organization in Imo State, Ikeduru Country Club, ICC, and described it as a forum that has provided a broad opportunity to human and infrastructural development through a collective effort.
Speaking to Newsmen, in his X- Apartment residence in Owerri, Imo State on Friday, 12 April, 2024, Chief Ugochukwu Onyeocha (Isipamba Ikeduru) who is also, the Vice National President Ikeduru Country Club, ICC, said that, the club is the biggest and formidable club in Ikeduru LGAS.
Explaining that, what the members are currently building is the image, aims and objectives of the organization to ensure that all the sons and daughters of Ikeduru Local Government Area are all accommodated to move the area forward in terms of practical, human and infrastructural development.
He maintained that the backwardness of the area is glaring as there is no institution or sufficient organizations to speak for the people as the current organization, ICC will also serve as a bedrock for political development and a solemn voice in the area.
He pointed out that, good number of well to do Ikeduru Sons and Daughters have unanimously identified with the good development as they are all eager and ready to contribute meaningful to achieve success as the club will equally create sound job opportunities for the people of Ikeduru Local Government Area.
“We are building a legacy and renowned organization, we are ready to contribute meaningful both financially and other wise to get a reliable Secretariat to give a lift and presence in Ikeduru Council with the edifice as a major source of our recognitions. We have a layout plan and road map. This is our collective challenge to ensure that we have the project as our own cooperate social responsibility for the people”. Isipamba Ikeduru said.
On his personal contributions to his home community development, Chief Onyeocha ( Isipamba Ikeduru) said that the testimony of his genuine empowerment scheme is eloquent, a contributions to his Inyishi Autonomous Community in Ikeduru since 2020 till date has necesited the formations of Isipamba Foundation which has hosted Inyishi Youth Football Competitions severally from 2020 to Easter 2024, a testament to his philanthropy and a Football tournament aimed at fostering Unity and talent hunts among the youth in the Community.
Further, he explained, that the foundation has equally contributed immensely towards uplifting the living standards of the less privileged ones and vulnerable persons including looking after the aged men and women in the Community that officially gained him the Chieftaincy title “Isipamba Ikeduru”.
