The 2024 International Day of Happiness Celebration as Imo people remembered the icon of Happiness and the People’s Governor Senator Rochas Okorocha who in his magnanimity established Ministry of Happiness.
The World International happiness Day is designed by the United Nations to be celebrated every 20th March to ensure that the World Remains A happy, healthy place for Humanity but in our Clime revise is the case mostly Nigeria what is obtainable is hates, killings, Hunger Kidnapping for financial gains and political oblivion against purported enemies.
During Governor Rochas Okorocha even though his administrations was tagged family Leadership but people were ceremoniously happy with his development often criticized as China projects. But his administration brought succour and love through the Establishment of the ministry of Happiness. Christmas trees, Street lights and his Christmas decorated Village is a magnificent sight for halloween happiness.
In him every day was activity cum activities and programmes, no dull moment which was capable to collide Imo political family together as his style was still being missed by both his transducers and friends that’s the reason why his name “Owelle!!” continues to herald in the public not magic is his achievements
Unlike what is happening in
Imo State, it’s virtually practically impossible to take a glimpse sight of the governor talkless of sitting together with him and the people to discuss the easy ways to bring happiness in the faces of the people because good governance is all about people’s welfare.
As hunger is currently wiping everyone in the face to the extent that the governor through the Head of Service in the State Ministries, Barr. Raymond Ucheoma thrown to the Secretariat few bags of rice and condiments to few Imo State Civil Servants like dogs and abandoned with ignominy those at the informal sectors, mostly, the horrible villagers to die in hunger.
None of Rochas Okorocha’s Appointee ended up in the Police Net or in the Court unlike what is happening now in Imo State.
Owerri Capital City witnessed tremendous development with the establishment of 1st to the 4th inland roads making easier access to New Owerri, Concord Boulevard, All Seasons Hotel and 4040 axis the epicenter of happiness in Owerri faster and Owerri witnessed a tremendous growth in Night life and became the hospitality hub of the Nation. It’s on record that every weekend there was no hotel accommodations in the Town and Imo State was bubbling and gyrations everywhere.
Can Governor Hope Uzodimma return Happiness back in Owerri Imo State?
