Harvest of Kidnappers in Egbuoma Community, Father, Twins son, Five others Arrested.
It was a harvest of alleged Kidnappers at Egbuoma Autonomous Community in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State as individuals allegedly working with unknown gun men and kidnappers were arrested to hallmark the sanitization of the Imo/Anambra State neighboring Community’s.
The Imo State joint Security Taskforce earlier hours of Wednesday,18th, December, 2024. Stormed the community and successfully arrested the suspects including some women working as community based informant to the dreaded Unknown Gun Men in the area.
The information further revealed to newsmen and pointed out that the suspects had been handed over to the Imo State Police Command for further investigations and prosecution to serve as a deterrant to criminals.
The people of Umuihenacho Village in Egbuoma Community Oguta Local Government Area were thrown into jubilation with the arrest of those they described as thorns in the flesh of the community including, Mr. Julius Nkaememe Okonkwo, Daniel Nkaememe Okonkwo, David Okonkwo, Goodluck Agwa others are Sunday Okanumee allegedly sponsors of the criminals and one, Obiora Ndebulie and many others at large.
It’s recalled that, the Imo State has been traumatized and destroyed by the activities of individuals under the guide of Unknown Gun Men or ESN notority and Kidnappers including Killings, Miami, Arson and other criminals in the State as the arrest of the few in Egbuoma Community Oguta Local Government Area will help the government to sanitize the area for safety purposes.
The Leaders of the Community thank the Governor Senator Hope Uzodimma and the Security Taskforce for the arrest and promised to ensure that peace return to the community.
When contacted the Police Public Relations Officer Imo State Command, ASP Henry Okoye said that he is yet to be briefed on the alleged massive harvest of Kidnapping suspects in Egbuoma Community Oguta Local Government Area and promised to revert to the Divisional Police Officer in Oguta LGA for concise information.
